I found NI Spares when Googling for parts for my broken Beko tumble dryer. I used their customer equiry form to check if the heating element I was after would be the correct part for my machine. I received an email response a few days later (which was decent considering it was over New Years) confirming the part but letting me know it was currently out of stock. I replied to ask if I could collect the part once it came into stock as I live nearby, but received no response to this. However when the part became available on the website again, I ordered & received it promptly. The part fit & works as expected & I now have a working tumble dryer again. I would use NI Spares again.
