Worst customer service experience I have had. I ordered a pair of pants from the website as a gift, a few days later I got an email stating that they didn't even have the pants in stock and had no idea when they would be restocked. It's been just less than 3 months now, they finally got the pants in stock a few weeks ago but my payment had been postponed and was no longer valid. I requested to be compensated for the inconvenience numerous times with no acknowledgement from customer service. Finally, I gave up and cancelled the order. They went ahead and shipped it anyways, it arrived at the local post office with COD charges of $43. I contacted the company to tell them I wouldn't be picking them up. Definitely not worth the hassle ordering from this site. Would not recommend.
