I ordered a 48' inch TV Online on 14 Sep 2015 !it arrived with 10 day delay! when I opened the box I found that the TV screen is broken!i contacted the customer service using support ticket(no phone number available)!they asked me for a couple of photos twice with a lot of delay each time!they did not even give me a time schedule!!! I paid them with my debit card about 1 month ago and still I do not have a TV at home!!! I do not know what should I do?what is going to happen for my money?should I start a legal complain? still they have not make a replacement after 7 days!waiting for them to replace or refund!I will let you know if they do!!!! worrying,disappointed and bored!!!!
