Always happy with the notice given of an impending delivery of the hay and the delivery has always been on time. Recently the hay is more short stemmed which I actually like because it is much easier to pull out for my guinea pigs. Compared to other hays I have never had to pull out thistles etc from the hay. Overall very happy and the Guinea pigs love it especially the abundance of seed heads.
