Ordered some primer, received a phonecall to tell me they would be running a little late, the person I spoke to was very polite and i was impressed that they had taken the time to phone me. The only thing that I didn't like was the chosen delivery company APC Overnight. I have had previous bad experiences with this company, you can't choose a safe place with them and they will take the parcel away rather than leaving it with a neighbour ect. That has no bearing on the excellent service I received from New Venture. Would definitely use again.
