Dear Nevisport, I would love to write a review of my new wetsuit. Due to the ineptitude of Royal Mail/Parcelforce I have not received it. I was given no info about when it would be delivered. They attempted to deliver on Monday 9th. They left a card with no delivery info or tracking number… but said they would attempt to deliver the next day… since I was working (again) on Tuesday I contacted the Parcelforce website to ask them to deliver to a local post office… instead they tried to deliver to my home again and having only just found the tracking number on your original E-mail I have realised they have returned it to their depot. I phoned Parcelforce on Thursday… but they did not know much either due to the lack of information on either card. I realise I am complaining about Parcelforce here not Nevisport and not Nevisport… but you do use them as a courier so are implicated to an extent. Please consider using a different courier that use’s technology expected in the 21st century rather than one which seems to still operate like the “penny black” was still in use.
