Website purchase page was rather vague and never actually displayed a final confirmation page. Wasn’t sure if payment had gone through. Received an email of confirmation then straight after an email to say payment hadn’t went through. I made a phone call to the store the next day and a lovely very helpful girl told me the transaction was fine and she had dealt with my purchase that morning. I received my parcel well packaged the following week. Good company just bad website.
