NE Trophies provide an excellant and speedy service whenever we have used them.
We have never had an error with the engraving, but am overly aware that it is the customers responsibility to check the proofs that are sent through, as I have needed to make changes at this stage. Mainly because the lay-out simply didn't look right initially. When I went back to them about the change, nothing seemed to be a problem and the proofs were updated quickly and didn;t delay the tight deadline that we had needed to set them.
