Selected trophies were out of stock so offered a free upgrade to the same trophy in a bigger size. Request for silver engraving plates was no problem whatsoever. They arrived in neat, padded boxes the next day!! Purchased for school and Sixth Form students LOVE them, which is no mean feat! Absolutely faultless customer service and quality products! NET is now my ‘go to’ company. Would highly recommend!
