The shockpad we ordered came on time as promised and the NeoGrass instructional video (on YouTube) for installing artificial grass onto concrete/paving slabs is superb. We bought the NeoGrass two-part adhesive locally and the store contacted NeoGrass to confirm which type to use - once again the NeoGrass team were very helpful. A very good experience
