I had serious issues with the managing company and my property was worth nothing and i had a mortgage on it. My property was impossible to sell, I was stuck with it and did not know where to turn. Thanks to Negative equity i was able to end this nightmare that was going on for years and at the end i was able to return the property to the bank and managed to pay only 30% of my debts.
