At first we were sceptical about this process but our situation left us no option and we are now glad to have talked to Negative Equity. We had been hit with a sizeable minus equity after the housing market crashed and were stuck in an interest only mortgage with no hope of clearing before the term ended. Handing the keys back was not an option to us so we thought that there was no other way until speaking to the team at Negative Equity. They held our hands through the entire process offering advice and options, something we hadn't had to that point. The result was better than hoped, with a large portion of the debt being written off this left us with a smaller amount that is easily cleared allowing us to move on with our lives.
