Like some other reviews below, I agree it was a very very slow process at times but that could also be the nature of dealing with these types of situations as it doesn’t seem to be easy. I had struggled for years to get some good advice and with CD Fairfield’s advice and help I have now resolved the stress of the negative equity property for good. Also they got a settlement for the banks shortfall better than I had expected which has written off a life changing sum of money for me. Big thanks to Tom Dane and all the staff for their help and in particular I want to say special thanks to Mark for dealing with my “stress head” and constant questions and being so calm throughout - he was nothing but first class.
