Training material provided lots of useful information on Safe Food Handling. It was very interactive engaging; and provides opportunity to make notes whilst going through the slides.
In my opinion; some of the modules have lots of slides; and after a while it became very difficult to retain that amount of information. This type of interactive training required time and concentration to be successful.
