Course is too demanding. Too much information. Food hygiene is common sense more than anything. More emphasis should be placed on hazard perception and less on all the big fancy scientific garbage that no one cares about. Cross contamination is pretty straight forward. So is keeping a kitchen tidy. Other than the laws and regulations i doubt ill ever make any use of anything i learnt in this course. In all honesty the only thing i gained from taking it was a headache.
