As a long time customer I appreciate the excellent website and efficient despatch; however, my favourite Margarets Hope, first flush, Darjeeling tea seems to have deteriorated markedly in quality. I have had to try other suppliers (the "same" tea from the "Siam Tea Shop" in Germany is far superior, but pricier). NBT seems to have got hold of inferior quality "Margarets Hope 1st flush" tea this time.
