While the products are of a good quality most of the time (on a couple of occasions not all delivered products were of the standard quality), the customer service is the worse I have ever had with any other online retailers!
The most disappointing experience I had with Francesca on the last couple of cases! She would give me false information and every time would twist things around so it works in her favour! Waste of time! I wish not deal with her anymore!
