Dissatisfied customer
My complaint is with customer services, having purchased my sofa 4 years ago at an expensive price tag I contacted Natuzzi customer services as the foam in the seats and on the back had totally collapsed, they sent an assessor round who advised me it was out of warranty and also that Natuzzi use a soft foam which does not last. Told sorry I could pay to have it refilled at my cost. Customer services didn’t want to know the reply sent to me was Curt and dismissive, asked for contact details of CEO but told this information I’d not available and I have not been able to find it on line. Stay clear of Natuzzi furniture as it’s not made for use just good to look at. Not what I expected from an expensive sofa.
