My dog very much enjoys the food ,however my recent experience with your delivery let me down, and adding insult to injury, your response to my email was very poor. I certainly felt my email was an inconvenience to you.
I chose your product for my pet because it is good quality & has very good reviews , I have friends who feed it to their pets and as said my dog enjoys it. But I also expect a good reliable service, which I feel I was let down with recently with you.
