I see a lot of reviews with poor feedback here relate to a bit of a misunderstanding about who is liable to support a product defect after the point of purchase. In the UK, the consumer has a right to return a faulty item for 30 days, or maybe 28...(don't recall) to the retailer, if there is an issue. After that period of time, any defect with a product is handled by the manufacturer under its warranty. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not the retailer (unless stated otherwise at the point of sale) We've actually had a really good experience with Natrual Baby Shower, the after sales support in our case was exceptional - prompt, polite, listended to the issue and resolved it and even replied on a Sunday. Not much more that we could have asked for! Will definetly be coming back to them as both my partner and I were really impressed with the service. Very happy customer here :)
