We had a delivery our usual haulier had missed collecting which needed to be with our customer the following day. I contacted Nationwide to get a quote for same day delivery and spoke to Sam who was very helpful. She gave me a quote and then directed me to the website to set up the delivery. Must admit, this was not the easiest as the page would not load, but Sam could see I was struggling, gave me a ring and processed it all for us. The courier turned up bang on time as agreed and the delivery was made on time. Would definitely recommend.
