I called late in the day for a collection and drop off by 5pm. Samantha was so helpful and honest about the time it would take as usually they say collection within the hour from the phone call but she managed to find a driver within 15 mins of collection address and the package was delivered with plenty of time to spare. I was even able to text the courier additional contact details. Plus it was the best price of 3 that quoted me!
