Ordered a Roca basin unit, took the money,.. no acknowledgement, no confirmation, no copy invoice and NO DELIVERY! chased on many occasions, no response from ANY email address, or ANY of the phone numbers I managed to find... should have realized there would be a problem when no noticed no phone number on the main page!... have now had to pass to my bank to reclaim the money... I find the information listed for Nationwide reviews as laughable! communication channels - no response and live chat is a bot! queries resolved - NEVER Returns & refunds - never delivered in the first place! so poor in this day and age... these sites give online retailers a bad name!!
