I could leave 0 if I could. I have paid for the basin. Unfortunately the size was wrong. I have paid £145.95. I sent the item back but unfortunately put their address in the box. Company now refuses to refund my money because apparently they can’t sell it any more. Bear in mind there is nothing wrong with the sink. I asked them to send it back to me. I don’t understand why should I waste 145£. I can sell it myself. They refuse to contact me back or respond to me to resolve this amicable. Shocking customer service. This is called theft.
