Thanks to a self inflicted catastrophe!!!
(Don't ask)! I waited for a non existent bus and passenger at Lincoln.
I spoke to the operator running the help phone from 21:00hrs untill midnight!
She was unfailing helpful, empathetic and totally engaged in trying to help me.
It was refreshing to deal with someone so totally committed to customer service.
This all happened on 27/02/24 and sadly I didn't ask her name.
Can't be many Latvian operators at that time?
She should be mentioned in dispatches!
