A bus 035 Westbourne-London Victoria omitted my bus stop at 2. 17am. Just like that as it was late. I was forced to find another way to get on time to the airport. When I called customer service after holiday I heard lots of excuses. Something like "bus was late 15 min and the tracker shows 2.30 at your bus stop" when I said I waited up to 2.40 they called me back again after 5-10 min and said " the bus was late 30 min and arrived at 2.47" can anyone explain it to me? Horrible experience. Lost case and the fortune spent.
