Our cooker extractor fan was no longer working. Found NAC online. Very easy to deal with. Appointment on the day I requested. Clear information regarding call out fees. Engineer rang early morning and within 40 minutes, he'd arrived, located the issue, repaired it and left! Very good experience. Excellent price compared to manufacturer cost. Definitely recommend.
