Washer stopped working and contacted NAC appointment made for engineer to attend following day. Good communication for ETA. Engineer [Chris] found fault with thermostat and worth repairing but would have to order replacement.Was sent an invoice by email. I was then notified that the part had been received and an appointment had been made for engineer to come and fit same which was Chris again.and had it up and running in no time.. I was impressed with the service from start to finish and cost. No fuss no mess would highly recommend
