Great service, dishwasher was inspected, parts ordered and fixed within a week. Really easy, convenient online system to use. Picked the date and the engineer came exactly when he said he would on both occasions. Very friendly and explained everything well. No hidden costs, everything was up front and clear, and was kept informed of progress throughout the whole thing end to end.
