NAC refused to use the correct spare part which I had already bought and made me pay almost 3 times as much for an identical spare part sourced by them and wait a week for this to sourced . This was despite discussing at length with them by telephone and explaining why I had bought my own part in order to get the repair done quickly before going on holiday and leaving my son without a working oven.
