NAC got an engineer out to me the next day, who was very efficient and charming. I was warned that the replacement grill would take 3-5 days but was a bit longer. Seems like an age when you cant use your cooker but Nick the engineer advised us not to. The new part was assembled very quickly and tested thoroughly. I would definitely use NAC for any future problems, all bills were explained and I'm very happy with NAC.
