Initial experience and confirmation of booking repair to mechanism of our "slide and hide" oven door, was excellent.
However notification of subsequent delays in sourcing needed part, were not conveyed in a timely manner.
Technician was able to complete repair when they eventually attended, ensuring we regained full use of our oven,
