Day 4 Engineer on site, needs to order part
Day 10 Engineer back on site with part. Fitted job complete.
Engineer appts are 4 hr window, needs to be better than that, say 1 hr window.
NAC need to be more honest and upon paying for anything with them they should say “worst case you could be without a working appliance for 10 days” in this case I wouldn’t have used them.
