The technician arrived at the time expected with his trainee. Polite and tidy and set to work. He could not repair my microwave as a spare part was needed. As it later turned out the spare part is no longer available. (Kenworthy does not make this spare for a 14-month-old microwave so I have had to buy a new one.) I would deal with NAC again, though. Good service but not cheap.
