A lack of information on the email after first, visit caused the wrong part to be ordered, after research by myself the correct part was ordered. However, when it arrived it was broken after speaking to the parts supplier they supplied a replacement part.
The engineer who visited both times was very good, on time and very polite and he provided a good service. Pity NAC could not obtain the spare part for him to fit. Rating would have been higher if NAC had sourced the spare part.
