So I can't really rate it 5 stars as unfortunately the device could not be fixed.
That said, Dan (Hereford based I believe) was brilliant. He was great at sorting a mutually convenient time, he was polite and friendly. He did an effective assessment of the faulty fridge freezer and rather than doing what would be an expensive half job that probably wouldn't last, he simply explained that there was nothing to be done.
Obviously pretty disappointing but only due to the situation but not the service which was, in itself, excellent. Thank you
