Apart from being very frustrated that I couldn't communicate by text (customer responses are confined only to "Y" or "N"),and a bit put out because the name "NAC Domestic Appliances Ltd." was hard to spot in communications received, I was happy with the service and very pleased to have a functioning dishwasher once again. The cost was fair, I believe. Thank you
