Engineer very efficient diagnosed problem with Miele washer - part required. I paid on the Monday and the part wasn’t fitted until Tuesday the following week. No update at all after placing order , it would be better if customer was kept upto date re progress of part and delay . We were recommended a service pack and paid for this but it was not supplied. I emailed customer services but as yet have had no reply. Overall disappointing although work performed by engineer was excellent
