Job fixed very swiftly by a friendly and competent engineer who diagnosed the issue correctly and swiftly. The callout charge seems unnecessarily high for such a quick fix. Maybe you can have a few time-window callout charge pricing options (which include travel time to the location). This would make me more inclined to book you again.
