Completed broken door spring repair on Siemens Dishwasher but only after the customer chased the arrival of the spare part after this item apparently went missing in the post !! Once another / duplicate spare part was ordered, the repair was promptly completed and the attending engineer was very helpful, polite and efficient. I would recommend hat NAC 'Chase' their own orders and not rely on the customer to contact them once a spare part arrives at their address. Surely, suppliers can be asked to confirm delivery of an item to NAC once the required spare part has arrived with customers. This would avoid uneccssary delays if an item goes 'Missing' in the post. Thank You.
