Had been let down by a previous window cleaner, emailed John & heard back that day . 2 days later he’s come & cleaned my windows ( and my white uvpc boards ) & done a far better job than my other one had ever done & at a very fair rate too. Great customer service , wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them , am now so pleased my other one let me down
