The topper is amazing. I was on a sofa bed that was wearing out and the topper resolved the increasing hip pain I was experiencing. Super happy with it. Had ordered 2 but in the end only needed one. The return process was very quick, including the refund. They couldn't believe I managed to get it back into the plastic bag (apparently nobody had before) and assured me that that was not expected. Customer service also excellent.
