Fantastic customer service from the outset. There was a special offer on but the items I wanted were out of stock. I contacted Panda Life via webchat and they made the items available for pre-order, allowing me to take advantage of the promotion. Once my order had shipped, Panda Life kept me updated on the progress of the parcel (it was being shipped to Europe) and when there were problems with the delivery, the customer service staff (namely Bojan) were extremely helpful and sought not only to resolve the issues with the courier but also made sure that a replacement was sent. Looking forward to sleeping on the mattress topper!
