I took delivery of my topper yesterday April 18 2023. It arrives in a small box and is folded which alarmed me but after hanging over the bannisters for a couple of hours and once placed over the mattress it had smoothed out well. A heavenly experience! A very wonderful item which I highly recommend. Truly sumptuous.
