I was so impressed with the pillow I ordered recently that I have ordered the mattress topper. I tried it last night and so far so good. I was worried that it would be hot but so far that is not the case. The straps are very good and I have a profiling bed and when the foot and head are raised it stayed firmly in place. It is very comfortable.
