Stock doesn’t arrive due to courier NOT reading notes for delivery location. Needed the stock I placed on Thursday ready for Friday BEFORE the weekend. It did not arrive! Was told that it was missed yet the shop was open at the rear as stated in the notes! I will be using an alternative company as this is not the first time it has happened.
In addition you send far too many emails for 1 order placed. You tell me I’ve placed the order then multiple emails follow for no reason at all. Send all the information required on ONE email!
