Both Tom and Louise Hepworth have been patient and hardworking throughout the process. Remained in constant contact and updated me throughout. So much so, that I feel we should be exchanging Christmas cards this year!!
We were in a position last Summer where we felt a ortgage was unachievable, Tom worked with us to find a deal, and Louise to mediate with us and the underwriter to take the hard work out of things for us.
Will use for remortgage and will reccomend.
