I called early in the morning and was promised a plumber so did not bother to call anyone else. These people even bargained with us to get the job and then did not bother to turn up! When we called them as it was getting late in the day they just said that they couldn't make it until the morning which was too late for us. Never again! Arrogant staff member on the end of the phone was also not helpful.
