I bought the Mylek urn and a similar, more expensive piece of kit from another company about a month ago. First time out the Mylek performed perfectly and the other one packed up. The company is sending me a spare part (to fit myself) which will take two weeks. As it was only purchased for use in the run-up to Xmas that's pretty hopeless all round. So swerve doing business with Expondo. I ordered another Mylek to replace it. It arrived quickly but there was a problem with the lid locking mechanism. I e-mailed the company and they responded within 24 hours offering to send me a replacement immediately. The other one is mine to keep or dispose of as I wish. I think that's fantastic customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
