It worked for me like the following.
Day 1. Posted my problem as per the instructions on the website. Very simple to do.
Day 2. Got a reply and quote and offer to come and sort out the problem that day. (I wasnt at home so went for the following day)
Day 3. Job done! And rewiew posted. All in all an exceptional service from start to finish.
Will I be using this service again?
